Beginning Monday, August 24, at 8:00 a.m., the area around the intersection of Main and Clinch Streets will be closed for work on the water line and sewage lift station.
Clinch Street will be closed from Gillmor Street to Main Street.
Main Street will be accessible from both Portage Street and Riverview Avenue as usual, but Main will not function as a thru street during work. Any vehicles entering Main Street will have to make a u-turn before the work area.
Thru traffic must use Carleton Street as a detour between L’Etete Road and Portage Street.
