Blacks Harbour and St. George water systems are managed under separate bylaws until one new bylaw is created for the municipality of Eastern Charlotte. Each system also operates from a separate budget, resulting in a difference in fees and rates.

The annual user fee is paid over three billing periods:

Early Payment Discount
All residential account holders [in the Blacks Harbour water system] are eligible for a 15% discount on utility bills, if paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Water On/Off Request
To turn your water services ON or OFF please complete Water On/Off Online Form, or print and completed the Water Authorization Form and return it to the Municipal Office. Copies are also available at the Municipal Office.
