As of May 1, 2024, recycling in Eastern Charlotte is collected through the Circular Materials contract with the Province of New Brunswick.

Recycling Schedule
Recycling pickup takes place every fourth week in place of Garbage pickup. This is not the fourth week of the month, but continues the week after three (3) consecutive weeks of Garbage pickup.
* In Blacks Harbour, recycles are picked up on the designated Wednesday, and garbage is still picked up on Thursday.
