Public Notice: Hearing on Bylaw Amendment 25-B 2102

PUBLIC NOTICE

Take notice that the Council of the Town of St. George, in compliance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick, intends to hold a public hearing of objections on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at Magaguadavic Place, 11 J.O. Spinney Drive, St. George, to hear objections and/or comments pursuant to the proposed By-law No. 25-B-21-02.

The Town is seeking to repeal and replace its current Zoning By-law map (2019) under the authority of the new Community Planning Act and to consolidate into one document all previous amendments made under to it and to make corrections to the existing map. In addition, the new zoning By-Law map corrects and changes the zones of following properties, with these Property Identification (PID)[1] numbers:

15067085, 01316363, 15067077, 01317486, 15209836, 15207392, 15207384, 15202245, 15207400, 01316447, 15020845, 15096696, 15199144, 15026479, 15170632, and 15146020.

Anyone wishing to offer opinion on this proposed By-law may do so in person at the hearing of objections meeting or in writing by dropping off your letter during regular business hours in the office of the Clerk of the Town of St. George at Town Hall, 1 School Street before Noon on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021. A letter may also be sent by email at [email protected]. Anyone may inspect a copy of proposed By-law at the Town Hall where business hours are from 8:30 – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
