Eastern Charlotte is filled with residents who sacrifice for the good of the community. We need your help to ensure more of these heroes are recognized for their efforts.
During the month of October we are asking for nominations for Hometown Heroes, a new award for local citizens (not to be confused with the protective services awards presented in the Summer).
Place your nomination by completing the online form here or by picking up a nomination form at the Municipal Office. All nominations must be received before the close of business on October 31.
Winners will be recognized at the Mayor’s Levee on Monday, January 1, 2024, at the Magaguadavic Place Community Center, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
