BLACKS HARBOUR – The municipality of Eastern Charlotte has received notice that repair work originally scheduled for the weekend of October 18-19 has been rescheduled for the following week, October 25-27. Connors Bros. has advised municipal staff that the change was made following a conflict in contractor availability.
