PUBLIC NOTICE
As part of our ongoing water quality improvement strategy, the Blacks Harbour Public Works will be performing water main flushing on Thursday April 16th, beginning in the afternoon until late Saturday April 18th.
This may cause Discoloration & Pressure Fluctuations in the Water for a short time during and after Flushing.
Please Note: Users in the Blacks Harbour Water System could be impacted at ANY time during the flushing
