Change Notice: Regarding Community Center rentals: As a new year approaches, changes often come hand in hand. We are making changes beginning JANUARY 1ST, 2018 to our Community Center rental rates. This is to ensure a fair ground for all other rental businesses in our Town and surrounding areas. Please review the new rate chart below. A few items for you to remember: 1) There will be no dish cloths/cup towels provided at the Community Center, renters are responsible to bring their own. 2)There will be a $20 CASH only key holding fee to be paid upon the pick up of keys, this deposit will be returned once keys are returned to the Town office in a timely manner (ideally 24 hours, or the following business day following any event.) 3) All dishes must be hand washed THEN placed into the sanitizing dishwasher, the dishwasher on site is for SANITIZING PURPOSES ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: The Kitchen rental is a base rate of $150 per use. Please stay tuned into the early new year for more updates & changes.
