Referral Form
The Charlotte County Sports for Kids Fund and the named funds within it provide financial assistance for youth in financial need in Charlotte County to enable participation in sports or other recreational activities.
This form will be submitted to the Town of St. George for review and recommendation to the Fundy Community Foundation.
