The Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission (SNBSC) serves as the Planning office for the municipality of Eastern Charlotte. This includes permits and inspections.
Permit Applications
Permits are required for various types of work. You may be required to obtain a Development, Building, or Signage permit, depending on the project.
Development, construction, or sign installation, may only commence once you have been issued a valid permit or approval. A receipt from an application is not a permit.
