Portions of the former St. Patrick LSD
With Local Governance Reform, a portion of the former area of the St. Patrick LSD (Bethel, Lily Lake, Johnson Settlement) was included in Eastern Charlotte. These residents will continue to follow the garbage and recycling schedule for St. Patrick, which is one week off from the rest of Eastern Charlotte.
Please note this service is contracted by the Province and not by Eastern Charlotte.

Recycling Schedule
Recycling pickup takes place every fourth week in place of Garbage pickup. This is not the fourth week of the month, but continues the week after three (3) consecutive weeks of Garbage pickup.
* In Blacks Harbour, recycles are picked up on the designated Wednesday, and garbage is still picked up on Thursday.
