Note: If you are looking to have a Civic / 911 number assigned for the first time, please complete a Civic Address Request Form. After your number has been assigned, you may order the plate(s) you require.
A blue civic number plate helps first responders locate your residence or business in the case of an emergency.
The reflective white numbers help emergency personnel and visitors know where they are.
Please keep in mind the following questions before you place your order:
• Have you considered if you need more than one plate?
• Is your house located on a long driveway?
• Do you have a shared driveway?
• If you have a plate on/near a mailbox, does it clearly apply to your residence?
How much does it cost?
The cost of a plate depends on the number of digits in the number you are ordering. This is because of the cost of the individual numbers, and the various sizes of the plates.
# Digits | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
$ Cost | $ 10 | $ 15 | $ 20 | $ 20 | $ 25 |
