Are you looking for information regarding a Burn Permit?
Burning permits are completed through the New Brunswick Department of Environment and Local Government. This includes grass fires, which can result in fines if conducted without a permit.

- When wanting permission to burn outside of Forest Fire Season contact the Department of Environment and Local Government at (506) 453-2690.

Not all applications are approved. Approval is at the discretion of the Fire Chief, who will contact successful applicants.
All applications remain on file for one (1) year. Applications received with missing or incomplete documents will not be reviewed.
