Earlier this year, the Eastern Charlotte Waterways (ECW), an environmental non-profit based in Blacks Harbour, was awarded $425,000 from Environment and Climate Change Canada to implement an on-demand, rural transit system in southwestern New Brunswick
On Wednesday, October 20, the ECW will conduct demonstration events to showcase their “Project: Village Car Share” program.
