Effective Wednesday, November 1, 2023, Eastern Charlotte is accepting bids to purchase and remove the buildings from the former Day Adventure Center located on Adventure Lane in the community of St. George, New Brunswick.

Purchase of the asset AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY and NO GUARANTEES.
The municipality does not bind itself to accepting the highest or any tender submitted but reserves the right to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest.
Bids shall be accepted for each building separately. (Building # 13 is not available for tender at this time. No bids for this building will be reviewed.)
A public open house will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023.
The successful bidder must remove the awarded building by April 15, 2024.
How to Place Your Bid
Complete the “Form of Tender” page at the end of the Tender document.
Place the completed Form in a sealed envelope and deliver to the Municipal Office (1 School Street, St. George, NB) during regular business hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday).
Bidding closes at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 8, 2023.
